Madison Heights: What’s on your Ballot?

Election Day is Nov. 3, 2015 and in Madison Heights the big decision comes down to who will be elected Mayor.  Mayor Edward Swanson, who has served for nearly 16 years, is being challenged by Brian Hartwell who served on City Council for nearly 8 before having to resign in order to run.  There are also three City Council seats on the ballot, along with three candidates:  Bob Gettings, Margene Scott and Robert Corbett.  The oc115 gave all candidates an opportunity to be interviewed.  Due to time constraints we were unable to work out a time with Margene Scott.  Mayor Swanson did not return phone calls or emails.
