Editor’s Preface: This is one of several incidents where a young life has been lost due to co-sleeping. Earlier this month Oakland County Sheriff Mike Bouchard announced a Cops & Cribs Program to raise awareness of the risk of co-sleeping and to provide cribs to families in need.
