Royal Oak: Salvation Army Selling Pasties Frozen or at Oct. 29 Dinner

The Salvation Army’s Royal Oak Citadel’s Pastie Sale returns for the 9th year!
To ensure freshness, church and community volunteers bake the pasties on the day of pick-up. Pick up times are on Wednesday, October 21st from 3pm – 6pm, Thursday, October 22nd from 11am – 6pm, Friday, October 23rd from 11am – 6pm or on Saturday, October 24th from 9am – 1pm.
Order beef, beef with no onion, vegetable or chicken pasties for just $5 each by Wednesday, October 21st. To order use, phone 248-585-5600, fax 248-585-6997, email kolleen_wood@usc.salvationarmy or stop by their office at 3015 N. Main St. Royal Oak, MI 48073. Be sure to include your name, pastie type, amount and preferred pick-up date in faxes and emails.
Then bring the whole family to the Royal Oak Citadel between 5:00 and 6:30 p.m in the Fellowship Hall, Thursday, Oct. 29th for a sit-down pastie dinner served with a side, dessert and beverage for just $7. Make reservations using the above information.
Help a good cause by making an advance donation of Crisco shortening or Gold Medal flour. Each pastie sale helps raise money to feed, clothe, shelter and care for those in need through the Salvation Army’s worldwide missions.
