Clarkston CPL Holder Fires Gun at Home Depot Shoplifting Suspects

A licensed gun owner used a 9mm gun to shoot at two shoplifting suspects in the parking lot of Home Depot Tuesday afternoon.
According to various reports, the 46-yearold Clarkston resident could face charges for the incident. The two shoplifting suspects escaped in a small black SUV with one tire flattened by the gunfire. According to police the men allegedly stole more than $1,000 worth of power tools and welding equipment. The store is located at 4150 Joslyn Road.
