Police Looking For Armed Robber of 7-Eleven in Pontiac

INCIDENT: 03:26 hrs. – City of Pontiac – Armed Robbery. #15-41977
SUMMARY: Deputies were dispatched to the 1100 block of Baldwin Rd. (7-11 Store) for an armed robbery (weapon implied) that just occurred. The clerk observed the suspect motioning as if he was in possession of a weapon. The suspect threatened to kill the clerk and himself if he wasn’t given any money. The clerk cooperated with the suspect and gave him an unknown amount of money. The suspect fled on foot traveling east on Columbia from the location. There were no injuries reported.
OUTCOME OF INCIDENT: Deputies checked the area, but were unable to locate the suspect. The clerk believes the suspect is a regular customer, but he does not know his name or address. The incident remains under investigation. Deputies were unable to download the stores video.
VICTIM, SUSPECT or ARRESTEE INFORMATION: (Suspect) 30-35 year old white male, approximately 6 foot, 230 lbs. Suspect was wearing a gray sweater, black Carhart coat, black jeans and black shoes.
