3-60 Project to Give Update to Ferndale City Council Feb. 9

At a special meeting of City Council on February 9th from 5:30 – 7:00pm at Ferndale City Hall, the 3-60 development team will present updated conceptual development plans and program. The revised elevations are available to view online at www.ferndalemoves.com. The City Council packet will be available on Friday, February 6^th, at www.ferndalemi.gov. No action or requests of Council are anticipated at the February 9^th meeting.
 
The 3-60 team has until March 27, 2015 to negotiate terms of a potential development under the Exclusive Negotiating Rights Agreement that was entered into last year. This rights agreement does not guarantee a project or construction. The current plans are still conceptual and several stages of approval remain.
