Waterford Police Searching for Woman Who Carjacked and Ran Over Senior UPDATED

Waterford Police are searching for 38-year-old Ruth Pozdol, who they believe may be responsible for the car-jacking and killing of a 76-year-old man in Waterford today.
The killing happened at 11am Sunday morning at the Burger King at 7000 Highland Road. Authorities say 38-year-old Pozdol met Clifford Van Haywald in the Burger King, asking him to use his phone. After some conversation, she made off with the keys to his 2001 red Chevy Silverado.
The man, Clifford VanHaywald went outside after her and she ran him over with his own truck, killing him.
WXYZ reports that police said Pozol had left a voluntary rehab facility where she was being treated for heroin addiction. She was last seen wearing a red parka coat with fur lining and the word “Ricks” on the back, with a striped shirt underneath.
The pickup has a Michigan License plate of CGN-7187.

UPDATED: WXYZ is reporting that sources are telling them the suspect was arrested.
