Warren Police Looking for Missing Person

Have you seen Jay? He has been missing since December 10, 2014 and his friends and family are asking for help in locating him.
Jay Ralko is about five feet tall, 120 pounds and was last seen driving a charcoal gray Ford Escape with license plate number CJK7951, with chrome pipe running boards and rain deflectors on the windows.
