Teens Released, One Adult Charged in Home & Vehicle Larcenies in Rochester Hills

INCIDENT: 17:23 hrs. – City of Rochester Hills – Traffic Stop / Home Invasion and Larceny Investigation – # 14-179582
SUMMARY: Deputies received information regarding a vehicle with a stolen license plate that was seen in the Rochester Estates Mobile Home Park. While on patrol, deputies observed the vehicle on Rochester Rd near Avon and conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle. The plate was confirmed to be stolen and the driver had a suspended driver’s license. The front seat passenger was found to be in possession of suspected marijuana.
OUTCOME OF INCIDENT: All five occupants of the vehicle were transported back to the Rochester Hills sub-station for further investigation. Detectives responded and continued the investigation. The driver and front seat passenger of the vehicle were interviewed and subsequent information was gathered regarding Home Invasions and Larcenies from Automobiles that occurred within the City of Rochester Hills. The investigation continues at this time.
SUSPECT/ ARRESTEE INFORMATION:
ARRESTEE 1- 21 year old male, resident of Rochester Hills. He was lodged at OCJ on Home Invasion II, Larceny from Auto, Receiving and Concealing Stolen Property and Warrants.
ARRESTEE 2– 18 year old female resident of Rochester Hills – She was released pending investigation.
Released to parents without charges:
14 year old male resident of Rochester Hills
16 year old male resident of Rochester Hills
17 year old female resident of Rochester Hills
