Suspect Sought in Armed Robbery of Magic Cleaners in Pontiac

INCIDENT: 14:55 Hrs. – Oct. 13 – City of Pontiac- Armed Robbery -#14-162313
SUMMARY: Deputies responded to the 700 block of West Huron (Magic Cleaners) for an Armed Robbery. The complainant stated that the suspect inquired about having an item cleaned. When they told him that they could do it, the suspect returned with a bag and hidden under the bag was shotgun. The suspect ordered everyone to get on the ground. He took the register drawer containing several hundred dollars and fled the scene in a dark colored vehicle. No one was injured and no shots were fired.
OUTCOME OF INCIDENT: Detectives responded to the scene to assist in the investigation. An evidence tech responded to process the scene.
SUSPECT INFORMATION: Black male, 5’10” in his thirties, wearing a black jacket and black winter hat.
