Pink Stun Gun and 31 Packets of Pot Lead to Arrest in Ferndale

On September 6, 2014 at about 1100 p.m. a Ferndale Officer arrested a woman driver  in possession of 31 packets of marijuana and for possession of a pink stun gun. The officer stopped the woman (Gabreill WAGNER)  for having a obscured license plate and found that she did not have a driver’s license as it was suspended. He arrested her and found 31 packets of marijuana in her purse. The officer also found a stun gun in her vehicle. WAGNER is currently on probation for another drug conviction.
SUSPECT: WAGNER, Gabreill Monquie, b/f, 25 yrs, Detroit resident
Wagner was arraigned on Charges of:
1.       Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Deliver
2.       Possession of a Stun Gun
3.       Driving While Suspended 2nd
Magistrate Brennan set bond at $25,000
