Birmingham Street Art Fair to Support Common Ground Sept 21-22

Common Ground’s Birmingham Street Art Fair, which is the agency’s signature fundraiser, celebrates 40 years in 2014!  Scheduled for Saturday September 21 thru Sunday, September 22 in downtown Birmingham along Old Woodward Ave, the fair offers free fun, beautiful art to view and other activities for the more than 80,000 fairgoers who attend annually.
The artwork of more than 130 juried artists will be featured in this elegant setting and proceeds from a silent auction will benefit Common Ground.   In the silent auction, art enthusiasts bid on donated items, which generates additional funding to help Common Ground continue its work of “helping people move from crisis to hope.”
The agency is pleased to continue its presenting partnership with The Guild of Artists & Artisans.  The Guild of Artists & Artisans is a non-profit, membership association of independent artists best known for its award-winning Ann Arbor Summer Art Fair.
