Ferndale Library Art Exhibit Reception Celebrating Animals Aug. 28

Works from local artists celebrating various forms of fauna or animal-themed imagery including photography, painting, drawing, relief prints and sculpture. On display Aug 25 – Oct 11 (Community Room / Vestibule / Corridor).
There will be an Artists’ Reception held at the library on Thursday, August 28, 7-9pm.
Two-dimensional works include photographs, drawings and paintings in numerous mediums. Animals are represented in folded paper, mixed media ensembles, stone and more. Artists from throughout the metro Detroit area found inspiration for this exhibition.
