The recent flooding has caused a lot of damage to basements and property in Oakland County, and many have complained of not being able to get through to their insurance providers. We spoke with Ferndale-based independent insurance agent Adrianne Greer about common questions people may have, including what may or may not be covered, how to go about documenting damage, and what to do if you feel like you’re not getting the response you should from an insurance company.
