The International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) 44th Annual Michigan IDEA Exchange and Alliance Program will convene on July 24 at The Suburban Collection Showplace in Novi. The International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) was established in 1957 to provide educational programming, advocacy and unmatched networking; and now has  60,000 members in 90 countries.   There are 1,200 members in Michigan consisting of retailers, developers, public officials, investors, mall managers and professional service providers.  There is 226.4 million square feet of space in our 3,808 Shopping Centers, we employ 379,830 Michiganders, generate $64.1 billion in sales revenue and we collect $3.8 billion of sales tax revenue.  Shopping Centers are the State of Michigan’s 3rd largest Industry.
