200 Block of E. Farnum, 7-6-14 – 7-9-14, 3:00 p.m. – 3:09 p.m.: Complainant reported an unknown suspect entered her unlocked home and went through several cabinets and drawers. Nothing was reported missing at the time of the report. 14-21959

600 block of Devillen, 7-3-14 – 7-4-14, 7:30 p.m. – 7:50 p.m.: Complainant reported an unknown suspect entered his unlocked vehicle and stole two (2) hockey sticks. 14-21423

When they returned, they discovered an unknown suspect spray painted an obscene word on the left side of his car and the driver’s side window of his roommate’s car. 14-21677

900 block of Millard, 7-3-14 – 7-4-14, 9:25 a.m. – 9:30 a.m.: Complainant reported an unknown Street-Eatzz-Adsuspect spray painted an obscene word on the rear windshield and licenses plate of her vehicle. 14-21496
1000 block of Whitcomb, 7-1-14, 12:00 p.m. – 6:54 p.m.: Complainant reported she discovered an unknown suspect spray painted an obscene word on the exterior wall of her garage. 14-21772
Other Incidents and Information
Indecent Exposure Suspect Arrested – On July 6, 2014, at 10:11 a.m., the Royal Oak
Police Department responded to a report of a man exposing himself inside the Starbucks Coffee shop at 300 S. Main. As officers arrived, the suspect ran out of the business, entered a parked vehicle and drove southbound on Main Street. Royal Oak officers located and pursued the suspect. The suspect refused to stop seed14_chad_mattand attempted to evade officers by driving through residential neighborhoods. Officers were eventually able to get the suspect to stop in the 300 block of E. Parent, where he was taken into custody.
The suspect, 41-year-old Detroit resident, Dionne Harris, was arrested for Indecent Exposure and Fleeing and Eluding a Police Officer.
Harris was charged with one (1) count of Fleeing and Eluding-Second Degree, which carries up to a ten year sentence and one (1) count of Indecent Exposure, which carries up to a one (1) year sentence.
On Tuesday, July 7, 2014, at 2:00 p.m., Harris was arraigned by the Honorable Judge Terrence Brennan from the 44th District. His bond was set at $20,000.00. His next scheduled court date is set for July 11, 2014, in the 44th District Court, before the presiding Judge.Judy_Palmer30years
Harris has prior convictions for fleeing and eluding a police officer, carrying a concealed weapon, felony firearms, felony possession of a controlled substance, and retail fraud.
