On May 29, 2014 Roosevelt is holding our annual Kindergarten Kick Off evening for all incoming Kindergarten students and families. The event is scheduled from 6:00 – 8:00 at Roosevelt Primary.

Please bring your Kindergarten student with you and they will go off with a group of staff members to keith dalton adengage in some educational fun. While the children enjoy playing with friends in a Kindergarten classroom, parents will get to experience hands on learning regarding the Kindergarten State Standards. Learning stations will be set up for parents to participate in learning specifics about academic achievement, social-emotional development and educating the ‘whole child.’ At the end of the evening we invite each parent to write a letter to your child. We hold onto the letter and mail it to your house the week before school begins.
