30 Year Old Found Dead in Rochester Hills, Syringe in Pocketseed012_francine_hachem

INCIDENT: 10:41 hrs. May 15 – City of Rochester Hills- Death Investigation   #14-071716
SUMMARY: Deputies along with the City of Rochester Hills Fire Department responded to an address in the 600 block of John R. for a subject not breathing.
OUTCOME OF INCIDENT:  Upon arrival deputies discovered a male subject on the floor near a couch obviously deceased. The fire department arrived on scene and a doctor from Crittenton Hospital waterworkpronounced the subject deceased at the scene. There was no sign of foul play and no suicide note was located. A syringe was found in the deceased pocket and fresh track marks were found on his arm. No other evidence of drug use was observed. Detectives along with the Oakland County Medical Examiner were notified and responded to the scene. The Medical Examiner took custody of the deceased pending an autopsy . Investigation continues.
