Passed Out in Taco Bell Drive Through: Clawson Man Faces Two FeloniesStreet-Eatzz-Ad

Mike McConnell of the Daily Tribune reports that a Clawson man is facing third time drunk driving charges after seed04_gallowaypassing out inside his car in the drive through of Taco Bell at 131 S. Crooks in Clawson.
The incident happened at about 7 PM Tuesday evening. The man was arrested after waking up and leaving the restaurant.  He was also charged with possessing less than 25 grams of cocaine.
The third-time drunken driving charge against the 29-year-old man is a felony and punishable by up to five years in prison. The drug charge is a four-year felony.  He faces up to four years in prison for the cocaine possession and five years for the third time drunk driving offense.
