Dino’s Lounge has pulled it off again – another successful Rib Burn Out!  The annual event raises money for Ferndale Youth Assistance and Michigan AIDS Coalition.  Plus it brings hundreds of people from out of the snow into a warm heated tent full of food, drinks, music, and Ferndale community spirit.  Eight teams sidebar01reader_supportcompeted in the rib cook off, with the public casting votes as well as a “celebrity” judging panel of local public figures.  The Blumin’ Rib Maniacs – led by Blumz by JR Designs and M1 Studios – won the People’s Choice.  The Rib Burn Out is part of the Ferndale Blues and Music Festival.  To learn more about this grand tradition, check out www.ferndalebluesfestival.org.
