Rock the Vote Free Concert in Ferndale Nov. 2

No matter who you may be voting for, mayoral candidate Craig Covey is inviting you to come out for a free concert Saturday night at One-Eyed Betty’s to celebrate the upcoming Election Day.
Rock the Vote takes place Saturday, Nov. 2 at 10pm, with Chris Dengore and the Black Drops taking the stage at 10:30pm.
“Whoever you like for Mayor, or however you vote on Prop. A, come out and join us. Voting is Cool. If you vote, you count,” Covey said on the event’s Facebook page.
“Chris Degnore is a guitarist, vocalist and songwriter from the Metro Detroit area. He has been creating and playing music for nearly two decades. Chris is a young man with an old soul with influences in countless genres. He has played all over his home state of Michigan and all across the USA. Chris has played and recorded in the “Music City”, Nashville,TN where he was awarded “Best Emerging Writer” in 2004, After dropping out of music for a few years in 2008 he toured solo in the U.K. and Ireland.
