Taste of Ferndale Brings Community Foundation Support
(Crystal A. Proxmire, Oct. 24, 2013)
The “social event of the year” took place Oct. 23 with dozens of Ferndalians and friends gathering at The Loving Touch for Taste of Ferndale. The annual event raises money for the Ferndale Community Foundation. Food from several local businesses was featured, including Garden Fresh Salsa, Howe’s Bayou, Western Market, Apple Fritter and many more. A large silent auction also helped bring in money to support the various good works done through Community Foundation giving.
