OLHSA & DTE Replacing Fridges for Low Income Homes

OLHSA for a limited time is extending an exciting summer sizzler refrigerator replacement program.
Program guidelines are as follows:
Only one refrigerator replacement rebate is available per DTE Energy electric account.
Date of manufacture (from intact label) must be prior to 12/2000, including model and serial number.
The existing refrigerator will be removed and disabled at the time of delivery and will be recycled.
Customer’s home must be a separately metered, single-family home (detached or attached) and must receive electric services from DTE Energy
Acceptable income eligibility includes:
Customers receiving Program Refrigerator must be income eligible and must provide proof of client income eligibility and complete self-declaration form.

Rebates will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis, and participants are encouraged to apply early as Program funds are limited. DTE Energy reserves the right to discontinue the Program at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to, availability of funds. Rebates are limited to one per residential customer account.
