City to Hold Public Auction June 15

The City is having a sale.  A public auction will be held at the Department of Public Works, 521 E. Cambourne, Ferndale, MI 48220, on Saturday, June 15, 2013 at 10:00 a.m.  Items include surplus items from various City departments, including cable television equipment, bicycles, and miscellaneous police property.

The money goes to the City’s general fund.  While the Police periodically hold auctions, this one is expected to be particularly fruitful as the police and other departments are clearing out space to being remodeling of the police station and courthouse.

Purchases must be made in cash, and items are sold “as is.”
