Garage Sale Regulations in Ferndale

It’s garage sale season in Ferndale! If you are conducting a garage sale please remember these regulations:
Residents may conduct two sales per year, three days at a time. Permitted hours are 8am to 7pm.
No permit is required.
Signs are to be placed on private property only.
Posting signs in the city right-of-way or on poles is prohibited and they may be confiscated.
Complaints about residents exceeding the two sales per year limit can be directed to Code Enforcement at 248-336-4365.
