Police Report: Suspect Arrested for Indecent Exposure

SUSPECT:

KEM, Jhuty Ntcher, B/M, 52 yrs, Royal Oak Resident

On 12/29/12, Ferndale police responded to the McDonalds at 22525 Woodward on report of a man who exposed himself to a woman. Upon arrival the officers met with the complainant, a 24 year old woman. She said that while going through the drive-thru line she was approached by a man (KEM) who made lewd gestures while he walked towards her. He then approached her and pulled down his pants and exposed his penis to her. He then went inside of the restaurant.

Officers arrived and found KEM in a stall in the bathroom of the restaurant.

The complainant said that on 12/13/12 she had seen the man near Woodward and Maplehurst. On that day, she said that he approached her on the sidewalk, made a lewd gesture and then grabbed his crotch through his pants without exposing himself. She phoned police on that day, but Kem was not found.

KEM was arraigned this morning on a charge of Indecent Exposure and Magistrate Brennan set bond at $1500 cash/surety.
