It’s time for hayrides, apple cider and lots and lots of fun for the whole family! The Hilton Fall Festival Committee, which is comprised of the Ferndale Area Chamber of Commerce and Ferndale Recreation Department, is hard at work preparing for the event of the season which will be held on Saturday, October 13, 2012 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Take advantage of this free training provided by the City and All About Animals clinic. Learn all about free-roaming, outdoor cats and how to manage them and their colony. Training will include trapping, feeding, sterilization, winter sheltering, working with neighbors, and more.
Fellow students did not dole out the social pressure and belittling, rather it came from Coolidge Intermediate Principal Eric Bruner, who claimed it was against school policy. Bruner informed Kennedy’s mother, Sheri, that the fourth grade boy would be sent home and not allowed to return to school unless he removed his earring.
