(preceeding Coulter’s swearing-in at 7:30 p.m.)

Ferndale City Hall, 300 E. Nine Mile Rd. (1 block east of Woodward)

Meet Dave Coulter, and recognize and celebrate the leaders whose efforts helped create the foundation Ferndale stands on today.
