December 12th 2011

SMART Bus riders face shortened routes and hours of operation for several routes due to budget cuts in the public transportation system. Those who take the 450/460 routes on Woodward Avenue will no longer be able to use SMART to travel into Detroit except during peak hours. Instead riders will have to transfer to DDOT (Detroit Department of Transportation) busses at the State Fair Grounds transfer center.
