Aug. 6 – Up, Up, & Away! Zoom with Mad Scientist and Dragons

A Mad Scientist will experiment with air and pressure through tales of spells, dragon riding, and explosive dragon sneezes. 

Aug 5 – An Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation via Zoom

July 30th 2020

We will start with a short introduction followed by a 30 minute guided, sitting meditation, then close the session with questions, answers and interesting experiences.
