“From a background perspective, the district experienced a significant enrollment shortfall, primarily at the Digital Learning Center, that resulted in a loss of approximately $3.5-million in state aid. Officers recovered a .44 magnum semi-auto pistol believed to be the weapon Parker held when he confronted the victim. Officers also recovered a Remington Model 700 rifle from the hotel room.

Library Seeks Local Artists for Literature Inspired Exhibition
