The Oakland County Animal Shelter and Pet Adoption Center is requiring the public to make an appointment if they wish to adopt a pet or surrender an animal.

Legislation passed earlier this month makes $1 billion available to the SBA to subsidize disaster relief loans to small businesses, small agricultural cooperatives, and nonprofits.
