Jan. 30 – Boogie Woogie Kid Concert to Benefit Beth Shalom

Oak Park, MI – Please mark your calendars for an entertaining, virtual evening featuring The Boogie Woogie Kid, Matthew Ball!

His act tours nationally, and is full of piano virtuosity, song, and family fun. He presents an upbeat program of piano, song, boogie-n-blues, and jazz-n-rags, with arrangements of classic songs like Ain’t Misbehavin’, When the Saints Go Marchin’ In, Over the Rainbow, The Entertainer, Glory of Love, and others from the 20s, 30s, and 40s, with a focus on New Orleans and swing piano styles!

Entertainment will begin at 7:30pm that night. The cost is a minimum of $18 per family unit. The link to attend the event will be sent to those registered within a few days prior to January 30th.

We hope you’ll share this engaging evening of musical entertainment with your family and friends, as the event is open to the entire community, near and far, due to the virtual format.
