Oct. 15-16 – Downtown Berkley Halloween Themed Ladies Nights Out

Berkley, MI – Ladies Night Out returns to downtown Berkley, Thursday, Oct. 15 and Friday, Oct. 16, this time with a spirited, seasonal twist that will have shoppers howling and on the hunt for more. Witches, princesses, goblins and other creatively costumed shoppers are invited to “trick or treat” along Berkley’s downtown districts on 12 Mile Road and Coolidge Highway during this special two-night, Halloween-themed event.

From 5 to 9 p.m. on both nights, event-goers can browse and shop at the many participating retail stores and dining establishments throughout downtown Berkley, while taking advantage of devilishly good food and drink deals and spooktacular shopping steals. Select businesses will stay open beyond their usual hours to accommodate shoppers.

Customers also can enter a drawing to win prizes. The grand prize is a gift basket filled with wine, goodies and Downtown Berkley bucks to be spent at participating shops. To be eligible for the grand prize, customers must take a selfie at one of the participating Berkley businesses during Ladies Night Out, post it on their Facebook page, tag the business and then include the hashtag #BerkleyLadiesNightsOut in the post text.

“Downtown Berkley is known for its fun, festive Nights Out events that introduce residents and visitors alike to our new and longtime independently-owned small shops, delicious restaurants and bars, while also offering them an enjoyable night out on the town,” said Jennifer Finney, Director, Berkley DDA. “We encourage attendees to dress up and show up for what we expect to be a scary good time.”

To ensure everyone’s safety, physical distancing measures will be in place and complimentary Downtown Berkley masks will be available. There also will be a digital map on the Downtown Berkley website detailing which businesses are participating and any specials they’re offering.

The list of businesses participating in Downtown Berkley’s Ladies Night Out thus far includes: America’s Stamp Shop, Amici’s Kitchen & Living Room, Annabelle’s Couture, The Artsy Umbrella, Berkley Common, Catching Fireflies, Fresh Collective Kitchen & Market, House of Yoga, Pinspiration, Sum Girls Boutique, The Twisted Shamrock, Tootie & Tallulah’s, Ullman’s Health & Beauty, The Vitrine Gallery & Gifts, Yellow Door Art Market and Zalman’s Treasures.
