Jan. 23 – Bicentennial Lecture: Oakland County’s Distinctive Downtowns
Pontiac, MI- The Distinctive Downtowns of Oakland County and Michigan, presented by Robert J. Gibbs of Birmingham’s Gibbs Planning Group — a national expert on urban planning and an Oakland County native.
In concert with the Oakland County Bicentennial celebrations in 2020, this is part of our Oakland County Pioneer and Historical Society’s Bicentennial Lecture Series.
Since 2020 is also the 20th anniversary of the innovative Main Street Oakland County program, we are also celebrating that milestone. The event is free, thanks to the hospitality of the dynamic Crofoot venue, and open to all interested attendees. Cash bar available on site. See you there!
