Nov. 12 – Fall Prevention Fair at Oxford Senior Center

Oxford, MI -St. Joseph Mercy Oakland will host a free fall prevention fair on Tuesday, November 12 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. inside the Oxford Senior Center, located at 2795 Seymour Lake Rd. in Oxford.

The fair will promote fall prevention, balance and wellness among area seniors.  It will feature:

A Matter of Balance program

St. Joe’s Senior Fit program

Nutrition education

Area Agency on Aging

Balance testing provided by Oakland County

Social needs assessments and other activities
