Requirements:

Preferred – Property & Casualty License will be considered.  If not, must get license within 90 days

2+ years of sales experience (insurance, outside, inside or telemarketing)

Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas

Qualifications:

MUST love to sell!

Self-motivated and self-sufficient, yet can be a team player and coachable

Strong communication skills – written, verbal and listening

Provides excellent customer service and have pleasant telephone manner

Strong attention to details, time management and organization

Strong technology skills and have the ability to learn computer functions
