May 19 – Starting a Butterfly Garden Presentation, Ferndale Library

Ferndale, MI – On Sunday, May 19th, attendees will learn about tools and tips for starting a new monarch butterfly garden. Managing urban green space for monarch butterflies will benefit many species and your wallet. Milkweed and other native wildflowers provide nectar for pollinators and reduce maintenance costs of landscaping.

Hosted by the Ferndale and Pleasant Ridge Area Gardeners Group and Michigan Monarch Project.
