New Generation Seniors of Holly Hosting Ongoing Activities
Holly, MI – Holly Seniors can come to the Karl Richter Community Center on Thursdays from 1-4pm to partake in a variety of activities.
On the 1st, 2nd, and 4th Thursdays there are card games, board games, socializing, and coloring in the Community Room.
On the 3rd Thursdays there is a potluck with the Hollyhocks (another group of Holly Seniors) at noon, and then BINGO. Cards are 25 ¢ a card with a maximum of 4 cards.
There is a free women’s exercise class Monday-Friday at 9am in the commons.
On the 1st and 3rd Wednesday there is a free watercolor art class from 11am-1pm. Bring watercolor and paper if you can. Class will take place through the end of March in the Community Room.
On Feb. 28th there is a free trip to the Detroit Institute of Arts (DIA) leaving at 11am via luxury motor coach. Meet in the community room. Sign up by coming to a meeting or contacting Toni at (248)634-1758.
Drop in yoga class is Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10am. $5 per class, starting Feb. 12 in Room B217 (in the B wing).
