Ferndale Blues Festival Jan. 25 – Feb 2

Ferndale, MI- The annual Ferndale Blues and Music Festival kicks off Friday Jan. 25 and runs through Feb 2, with multiple events at multiple venues.  The community-driven event highlights local artists, musicians, and businesses.

The schedule is still in the works, but venues that have committed so far are: Otus Supply, Valentine Distillery, Jewish Ferndale, Howe’s Bayou and Renaissance Vineyard Church. Candle Wick Shoppe is also a sponsor.

All of the proceeds go to Ferndale Youth Assistance – a nonprofit that provides Ferndale students and families with counseling, scholarships for summer camps, skill building workshops, and college, as well as supplying tutors for Ferndale schools and emergency funds for families in need.

Volunteers, venues and sponsors are needed.  Contact Alyssa Atkinson at atkinson.a.alyssa@gmail.com  or (248) 259-0058 to get involved.
