“Uncaged Watercolors” Opening to Showcase Art of Exonerated Man Jan. 18

Ferndale, MI – Richard Phillips spent over 46 years in prison for a murder he did not commit.

While in prison he learned to paint, letting art give him a sense of purpose and a skill.

Come check out his work at the Level One Bank Gallery at 22635 Woodward Avenue in Downtown Ferndale on Friday Jan 18 from 4pm-7pm.

Works will be available for purchase. Read more about Phillips and his experience here.
