Outdoor Activities Come in for Farmington Hills Inside Out Night Jan. 18

Farmington Hills, MI- Did you know that the average child spends more than seven hours a day with electronic gadgets such as smartphones or video games?  Get your kids out from behind a screen and head to the Costick Center, located at 28600 Eleven Mile Road, for “Inside Out” on Friday, January 18 from 6 to 8 p.m.

The City of Farmington Hills Special Services Department will help bring the great outdoors inside with a fun night of activities.  Start your evening off with a picnic dinner of deli sandwiches and dirt pudding, then learn to fish, shoot archery or jump for joy in the bouncer.  Check out the live animal show at 7:15 p.m.

Don’t miss this great opportunity to explore the outdoors inside!  Pre-registration is required for each adult and child participant.  The fee for dinner and all activities is $8 per person for residents and $13 per person for non-residents.  Ages three and under are free.  Register online at https://recreg.fhgov.com, stop by the Costick Center or call 248-473-1800.
