Man Shot in Royal Oak Township, Police Seek Three Suspects

Royal Oak Township, Detroit, MI- Michigan State Police are searching for three suspects in connection to a shooting Thursday night in the area of Bates Street and Garden Lane in Royal Oak Township.

The victim is a 20 year old male who is in critical, but stable, condition at Sinai Grace Hospital in Detroit.

According to police, two witnesses were with the victim at the time of the shooting.  They told police that two suspects were with the man as he was shot, and as they ran away, a third man joined them.

Police collected evidence and canvassed the area, but the suspects remain at large.  Anyone with information about the shooting is asked to contact Michigan State Police Second District Special Investigation Section at (248) 584-5740.
