Rochester Posed, Storefront Contest with 80s Theme, Oct. 4

ROCHESTER, MI. Join us for a RAD evening in Downtown Rochester as your best-loved 80’s movie and television characters come to life. Downtown Rochester’s sixth annual Rochester Posed event is scheduled for Thursday, October 4 from 7:00-9:00 pm. Participating Downtown Rochester businesses will turn their storefront windows into live mannequin displays.  This year’s theme for Rochester Posed is I Love the 80s, including timeless favorites such as The Breakfast Club, Pretty in Pink and Raiders of the Lost Ark.

“This is a must see event that appeals to people of all ages,” said Jenna O’Dell, Events Coordinator of the Rochester Downtown Development Authority. “The participating businesses put a lot of time and creative effort into making their windows come alive.”

Enjoy a night of strolling, shopping, dining & live mannequins. Over twenty businesses will participate in Rochester Posed. Each business will depict a different 80s movie or television show using live mannequins in their storefront windows.  Live mannequins will be revealed at 7:00 pm and will remain posed until 9:00 pm.
