Total Wellness Fair in Farmington Hills Sept. 18

Farmington Hills, MI- On Tuesday, September 18, the City of Farmington Hills Special Services Adults 50 & Better Division is holding its annual Total Wellness Fair.  The FREE event will run from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m. at the Costick Center, located at 28600 Eleven Mile Road, between Middlebelt and Inkster.

The Total Wellness Fair will feature health screenings, assessments, and education, plus great door prizes such as gift cards, artwork, and gift baskets.  A free lunch will also be served to all participants who are 60 years of age and better.

There will be exciting demonstrations, as well as informative exhibits from various health vendors providing valuable resources.   Explore different ways, big and small, to enhance an active, healthy lifestyle.  The Farmington Hills Police Department will also conduct a prescription drug take back program at the event.

The Total Wellness Fair is sponsored this year by American House, Beaumont Hospital, HAP, MediLodge of Farmington, Qualicare Family Homecare, and Visiting Angels Living Assistance Services.
