Rainbow Run Celebrates Diversity

Rainbow Run Celebrates Diversity

(Crystal A. Proxmire, June 4, 2018)

Ferndale, MI – Over 250 runners donned Michigan-made high rainbow socks and ran through the streets of Ferndale Saturday morning for the Ferndale Area Chamber of Commerce Rainbow Run.  Ferndale Mayor Dave Coulter welcomed everyone to the event and the crowed warmed up with stretches and positive energy positions from En Soul Yoga.  Drag Queen Sabin helped cheer the runners on.

The Rainbow Run took place the morning of Ferndale Pride, with a portion of the proceeds being donated back to the festival.
