Taste of Berkley to Benefit Youth Assistance May 17

BERKLEY – April 25, 2018 – Berkley/Huntington Woods Youth Assistance is holding its eighth annual Taste of Berkley which will be held on Thursday, May 17, 2018 from 6 to 9 p.m. at the Berkley Community Center, 2400 Robina Ave. in Berkley. Adults 21 and over are welcome to attend the event which is being hosted to raise funds to support Berkley School District youth by providing summer camp scholarships, skill-building opportunities and family education programs.
Celebrate the kick off Berkley Days by attending this event. Join us to sample food and beverages from several favorite Berkley Restaurants. There will also be a silent auction where those in attendance can extend their support of Youth Assistance programming by bidding on a wide variety of items, services and experiences donated by local residents and businesses. Tickets are available for $25.00 and are available for purchase online at www.tasteofberkley.com or by contacting the Youth Assistance office at 248-837-8217.
Donations of items for the Silent Auction are being accepted. Donations to Berkley/Huntington Woods Youth Assistance are tax-deductible and directly impact the lives of the youth in our community on a daily basis.
