Rock the Park in Hazel Park May 12

Hazel Park, MI – BDT Smoke Shops Hazel Park and the Hazel Park Arts Council have teamed up with national and local artists to host a spring art bazaar to benefit the Hazel Park Arts Council. This event will feature a variety of art from Mark Arminski, a modern concert poster artist. Local talent will be featured alongside Mark Arminski.

Rock the Park is FREE to the public, family friendly and will feature 20+ local artists, vendors and bands. Food trucks will be available on site. The event will also feature beer and wine for purchase.

All proceeds from the silent auctions, raffles, and bar will be donated to the Hazel Park Arts Council for offering and promoting art in the community!

Music Lineup

Popsicle Plus – Popsicle Plus is Detroit’s best children’s entertainment group! A 5-piece ukulele band with high-energy music, costumes, fun dance moves, and sing-a-longs!

Lucy & Steve – Two vocalists, one guitar player (and pending percussion), to play standards, folk, blues, jazz and swing tunes.

DJ Genie – spinning popular and eclectic dance hits.

Spacecadet – 4-piece indie psych rock band from Detroit

Cass Benton – Cass Benton is a band from Northville, MI. We are basically an 01 Chevy Blazer in musical form.
