Pops for Italian Welcomes Bocce League, Open House April 12

Ferndale, MI – Welcome to Ferndale’s first American Bocce league taking place Thursday nights at Pop’s For Italian!!!

What: American Bocce hails from Chicago where it has become a huge hit with the locals. Fast paced, casual leagues that revolve around having some good drinks and fun with like minded folks. ABC recently launched in the Detroit area and we are extremely excited to partner with them for a Thursday night league!

When: Thursday April 12th is our open house, free to anyone who wants to play and is interested in joining a league! Stop in for a beverage, check out the space and roll some bocce!

Thursday April 19th, we get right into league action which happens every Thursday until May 31st.

Where: Pop’s for Italian in the private room.

Who: Anyone who likes a little competitive sports while drinking great wine and beer. Experienced or not, you can play American Bocce and win! Teams consist of 4 people and you are allowed to load up your team with subs in case someone has to miss a week!
