Fashion Show to Support Pontiac’s GIRDLE Org. May 12

Sterling Heights, Pontiac, MI – G.I.R.D.L.E, Inc. is hosting a Fashion Show Luncheon and Expo, Saturday, May 12, 2018 to fund our women’s support system.  The Fashion Show Luncheon and Expo will be held at Wyndham Garden 34911 Van Dyke Sterling Heights, MI 48312.  Expo will begin at 11:00am and the Fashion Show at 11:30pm.

G.I.R.D.L.E, Inc. believes that it is our responsibility to participate in Increasing the self-esteem and healthy mentality of women and teen girls in our communities. G.I.R.D.L.E, Inc. has implemented a program, Chat & Chew support group, to address the issues of low self-esteem and depression found in women. We provide these support groups free of charge to the participants.  Examples of topics we address: Self-Esteem, Emotional Dependence, Fears, Motivation, Depression, Limits and Boundaries, Stress, Self Defense, Breast Cancer, and Finances.  G.I.R.D.L.E, Inc. has created an environment in which women are maturing, learning and growing together.  Monthly we serve an average of 30 participants.

G.I.R.D.L.E, Inc.’s aim is to develop young and matured women into mentally, spiritually, and physically healthy individuals that are productive in their homes, families, work and communities.
